What amenities are available in a typical RV or Travel Trailer?

RV's and Travel Trailers provide accommodations for temporary living that typically consist of a bed, storage, a food preparation area, and a dining area. Most RV's and Travel Trailers include the following accomodations:

  • Bed (Sleeping Area)
  • Kitchen
  • Bathroom
  • Living or entertainment area
  • Heat & Air

 

Do I need a special license?

If your RV meets one of the following criteria, check with your state for special driver's license requirements:

  •  Weight ratings of 26,001 lbs. or more (combined)
  • Towing a trailer with a weight rating of 10,001 lbs. or more
  •  Longer than 45 feet
  • Towing two units (for example, towing a boat behind a trailer)
